Initial service scope

Services MVB can mobilise without disguising specialist risk.

The exact appointment is confirmed after survey and document review. Specialist work is not accepted merely to enlarge the contract value.

01

Office and workplace cleaning

Scheduled cleaning of work areas, circulation spaces, kitchens, reception areas and washrooms.

02

Education settings

Classrooms, common areas, staff spaces and washrooms, subject to safeguarding and site controls.

03

Communal residential areas

Entrances, stairs, corridors and shared facilities for managed residential buildings and portfolios.

04

Periodic and deep cleaning

Planned detail cleaning, floor care and service recovery within agreed competence and equipment limits.

05

Voids and handover cleaning

End-of-tenancy, builders clean and final sparkle work before occupation or practical handover.

06

Subcontract and absence cover

Defined local packages and short-notice cover where the scope, access and relief response can be controlled.

Excluded unless separately reviewed: high-rise window cleaning, clinical cleaning, trauma cleaning, sharps or hazardous waste, specialist infection-control work and other services requiring competence or insurance outside the agreed scope.

Operating model

Survey. Mobilise. Deliver. Inspect. Report.

A cleaning contract fails when labour hours, tasks, access, relief cover and defects are left implicit. MVB makes those controls explicit before service commencement.

Survey

Review the premises, specification, service windows, access, existing staff position, TUPE information and risks.

Mobilise

Confirm staffing, relief cover, induction, chemicals, equipment, keys, alarms, task schedules and reporting.

Deliver

Complete defined zone and frequency schedules, recording exceptions before they become recurring defects.

Inspect and report

Audit outcomes, assign corrective actions and issue the agreed client summary with decisions required.

Uriyel SiteWorks

Evidence should connect attendance to the actual service outcome.

Where required, MVB can configure Uriyel SiteWorks for approved attendance records, zone-based task schedules, inspection outcomes, photographs where lawful and proportionate, defects, corrective actions and monthly client summaries.

  • QR or approved location-based attendance rather than default biometric monitoring.
  • Missed service, late start and relief-cover escalation.
  • Defect ownership, target dates and closure evidence.
  • Client reporting configured to the contract rather than raw site noise.

Tender and mobilisation controls

Evidence is supplied for the actual contract.

Website language does not replace current policies, insurance documents, employee information or site-specific method statements.

Health, safety and COSHH

Site-specific risk assessment, method statement, chemical register, safety data, storage controls and relevant training.

Workforce and safeguarding

Right-to-work controls, induction, role competence, identification and DBS or safeguarding arrangements where required.

Continuity and security

Relief planning, keys, alarms, lone-working controls, incident escalation and business-continuity arrangements.

TUPE review

No transfer-related price is accepted without adequate employee liability information, pension data and legal review where required.

Quality control

Inspection frequency, defect priority, corrective-action ownership, complaints response and performance review.

Insurance and procurement

Current insurance scope and requested procurement evidence are provided against the specific tender or appointment.

Operational competence

Key-person experience is not misrepresented as MVB corporate experience.

MVB's cleaning model is supported by personnel with experience in established London commercial-cleaning environments. Tender submissions identify the experience of individuals, the company's own references and any subcontract or joint-delivery arrangement separately.

Send the site, specification, required start date and procurement deadline.

MVB will assess scope, staffing, TUPE position, access, specialist exclusions and the evidence required before deciding whether to bid or mobilise.
